The Champagne “Blanc de Noirs” Tradition Cuvée is characterized by a fresh, tender, and expressive palate with complex aromas of yellow fruits, passion fruits, grapefruit, and pineapple. The finish is slightly bitter, ensuring a very good aromatic return. This Champagne is perfect for an aperitif and pairs well with meals.

The name “Blanc de Noirs” means “white from black” in French, referring to the fact that the Champagne is made from black-skinned grapes, which are pressed gently to produce a white juice.

Grapes:

  • 60% of the blend is Pinot Meunier from the current year,
  • 22% of Meunier from the two previous years,
  • 18% Pinot Noir.

Sugar concentration: 6.5 grams per liter.
